At Vineesha Innovation IT Foundation, our Standard Skilling Program is dedicated to equipping youth from underserved communities with the skills necessary to thrive in today’s job market. Our program focuses on developing both technical and soft skills essential for sustainable employment in a range of industries, including IT, retail, and customer service. By providing structured training in areas such as communication, digital literacy, problem-solving, and financial literacy, we aim to transform the employability of first-time job seekers.
Our approach includes a hands-on learning environment where participants receive tailored mentorship and job-specific training, ensuring they are prepared for real-world challenges. Post-placement support is a key part of our program, helping participants retain jobs and grow within their roles. The program is especially committed to promoting gender inclusivity, offering women-specific initiatives and centers, ensuring that both men and women have equal opportunities to succeed.
